FAQ

Before returning any product, customers must contact the Coach & Equipment Parts Department at setrabusparts@gmail.com to obtain authorization for the return. 

All parts must be returned within 30 days except electrical part(s), which must be returned in 10 days from the date that the part(s) are received. A restocking fee of 20% may or may not be charged depending upon the circumstances at the time.

If authorization is agreed upon, the Coach & Equipment Parts Department will mail, fax or email the customer a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. When you send in your return, please write the RMA number on the box and enclose the completed RMA form along with the packing slip or invoice. Please keep a copy of the RMA form for your records.

When the returned part(s) along with the RMA and invoice or packing slip are received by Atlantic Charters, a credit will be issued. If the parts are not returned by 10 business days after the RMA is issued, the RMA may be cancelled.

Prices stated are F.O.B. origin (shipping point). Atlantic Charters charges shipping and handling which is reflected on the customer's invoice. Receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished. COD shipments are not permitted.  Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. 

Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground deliver ("Other Freight Services"), including but not limited to: expedited delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S., or other special handling by the carrier. We are not able to ship hazardous materials. Any charges incurred for Other Freight Services must be paid by customer. 

If the product is damaged in transit, the customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Atlantic Charters ("Seller"). Seller reserves the right to reject any order. Seller does not accept nor offer any terms, conditions, indemnities or warranties of sale other than those contained herein. 

Acceptance of Goods by Buyer
Upon receipt, buyer agrees to inspect product promptly, and product will be considered accepted by Buyer unless notice of defect is received by Seller within 10 days of receipt of product by Buyer. 

Cancellation by Buyer
Buyer agrees to pay reasonable cancellation charges, up to and including the entire price, for specially fabricated or ordered parts obtained by Seller for resale to buyer pursuant to an order from Buyer. Limitation of Seller's Liability
Seller's liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, with respect to the goods or services covered hereunder shall in no case exceed the price of the goods or services or part hereof which gives rise to the claim. In no event shall Seller be liable for special, incidental, or environmental damage penalties. 

Prices
Prices listed do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Market sensitive commodity products will be priced according to current market conditions. 

Sales Tax
The Seller will charge the appropriate sales tax unless the Seller has either a Tax Exempt or Resale Certificate on file.

Atlantic Charters accepts Cash or Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) payment, Zelle transfers, Checks and Money Orders. 

Atlantic Charters reserves the right to request check or credit card payment in the event that payment history indicates that continued credit sales do not warrant continued extension of credit. Credit terms are net 30 days. A 1.5% late charge per month may be charged on late payments.
